How do I transfer my existing toll-free number to the DynaSky eSecretary service?

In most cases you will be able to transfer your current toll-free number to DynaSky eSecretary. To start the transfer process:

  • Log in to your DynaSky eCard Account.
  • Go to "My Services" on the "Account Summary" page, then click on "eSecretary".
  • Under "DynaSky eSecretary Subscriptions", click on "Transfer 8XX Number".
  • Fill out the Letter of Authorization and submit it with the phone bill to us via fax to 1-888-839-8801 or email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

How do I set up my forwarding destination number?

  • Log in to your DynaSky eCard Account.
  • Go to "My Services" at the bottom of "Account Summary" page, then "eSecretary Features Setup".
  • At Call Forwarding Destinations section, select "Forward calls to" option and enter your forwarding destination number. If you do not want to forward your subscribed number to any destination at the moment, simply select "Do Not Forward" option next to the number.

Note:
a) For U.S. or Canada destination number: Enter 1 + area code + phone number.
b) International destination number: Enter 011 + country code + city code + phone number.
c) EZ Phonebook number: Enter the 2-digit code

Can I decline calls from payphones on my toll-free forwarding number?

Yes. By default, your account is set to block all calls from payphones. You may easily change this setting to accept calls made from payphones:

  • Log in to your DynaSky eCard Account.
  • Click on eSecretary on the left menu > Features Setup.
  • At Toll-Free Number Settings section, select "unblock" option if you wish to accept calls from payphones.

Can I accept international calls on my toll-free forwarding number?

No. eSecretary service is currently set up to block international calls by default.
