What is your referral program?

It’s called DynaSky Reward. If you successfully make a referral, both you and your friend will get 5% of your friend’s sign-up value, and 5% of your friend’s first recharge value.

When do I get my rewards?

The sign-up reward is given to you 14 days after your friend signs up, provided that your account is still active. Your friend gets the reward when signing up with the referral code.

The recharge reward is given to you when your friend makes a first recharge within 3 months of account sign-up. Likewise, your account must be active in order to receive the reward.

How do I make referrals?

There are two ways to make referrals. If you want to make referrals from our website, please go to Rewards Center under My Account. On the "Refer A Friend" page, you'll see greetings and e-cards. Simply fill out your name, your friend’s name and email address, select a DynaSky eCard service/invitation card you like to refer your friend to, write down your greetings and send it! When your friends sign up, just make sure they click on the referral link that contains your referral code to make sure you both get the reward. It's that easy!

Or, you can post your DynaSky Reward Code in your personal blogs, websites, forums or chatrooms. Whenever someone signs up using your code, both of you will receive bonus. Your DynaSky Reward Code is your DynaSky eCard user name, or the unique code assigned to you when you sign up. The code can be found on your summary page under My Account.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals?

There is no limit. You can make as many referrals and earn as much reward as you wish.

How do I redeem my reward?

Each reward is valid for 4 months from the date the reward is earned. You may redeem your bonus once per month, only when the total amount available for redemption reaches US$2 or more.

To redeem your reward, please go to Redeem Rewards under Rewards Summary in My Account. Add up the rewards and click on "Redeem Now." Your reward will then be added to your DynaSky eCard account and your account expiration date will be extended for six months from the redemption date.

How do I know if my rewards are expiring?

Please go to Rewards Summary My Account. You will get an overview of your reward status. You can also check your Rewards history up to 5 months in the Rewards History page.

Why do I need to verify my email address to redeem bonus?

The email verification process is required as a part of security and fraud prevention feature in our bonus redemption process. Also, this serves as a way to communicate with our customers when necessary.

Does DynaSky Reward apply to DynaSky Business accounts?

Yes, all the master and sub accounts will be assigned their unique DynaSky Reward codes and continue to refer friends and enjoy the bonuses. All the DynaSky Reward rules apply and any redemption made by the master or sub accounts will update group expiration date in 24 hours.
