DirecDial Setting Shortcuts

First, dial DynaSky eCard access number from the phone number you wish to set up the DirecDial feature or where DirecDial is already set up, then to:

Add DirecDial (PINless) Feature (register up to 3 phone numbers)
  1. Follow the voice prompt and enter your PIN as indicated on the Card.
  2. Press “90#” as system prompts for destination number; confirm.
Remove DirecDial Feature
  1. Press “91#” as the system prompts for destination number; confirm.
Transfer Balance / Recharge
  1. Press “92#”as the system prompts for the destination number.
  2. Enter the PIN number that you would like to transfer the balance from; followed by the “#” key.
  3. Confirm when prompted
Note:
  • The Transfer “From” PIN or card must be unused.
  • The Balance Transfer "From" and "To" PIN numbers cannot be the same.
  • Both the Balance Transfer “From” and “To” PIN numbers must be:
    • A valid eCard account. Expired cards will not be accepted.
    • Should not be “in-use” during the balance transfer process.
    • Upon completion of the transfer, the expiration date of Transfer “To” PIN will be extended for additional 6 months.
Check Remaining Balance
  1. Enter PIN number when prompted (If DirecDial feature is already set up, go to next step.)
  2. Press “93#” as system prompts for destination number.
Set Up EZphonebook
  1. Enter PIN number when prompted (If DirecDial feature is already set up, go to next step)
  2. Press “94#” as system prompts for destination number.
  3. Follow the voice prompt and enter your EZ Phonebook 2 digits code between “11” through “60”+"#".
Note:
  • U.S or Canada phone number, please enter “1” + area code + phone number.
  • International phone number, please enter “011” + country code + city code + phone number.
Local Access Look Up
  1. Enter PIN number when prompted (If DirecDial feature is already set up, go to next step.)
  2. Press "95#" as system prompts for destination number.
  3. Enter Call from phone number
  4. Nearby local access number will be prompted.
  5. Press "1" to repeat, "2" to listen to another local access number or "9" to exit.
Bypass your DirecDial setting to use another account or PIN
  1. Press “98#” as system prompts for the destination number.
Redial the Destination Number
  1. Immediately following the previous call, enter “99#” when prompted "Please enter your destination number".
